Belle Toujours is an award winnning luxury one-stop hair and beauty destination, opened at the heart of the city on Cathedral Road in Cardiff. Formerly a £1 million Victorian town house; the building has undergone an impressive £350,000 renovation, transforming the beautiful property into a luxurious hair salon.
Salon owner Claire Jansen founded Belle Toujours to provide a hair and beauty experience like no other. Both men and women can come to escape the stresses of city life in an elegant and sophisticated environment and have all their hair and beauty needs attended to under one roof. Belle Toujours team includes ten industry experts from the world of hair and beauty. Between them, they boast 50 years combined experience, and will be instrumental in ensuring the future success of the venture.
For men, we offer traditional barbering and cutting-edge hair styling, as well as Elemis shave treatments. A large private car park is situated at the back of the building for clients’ convenience.

Claire plays an active role within the salon, working in the background and also front of house. She feels it’s important to work alongside the team, as well as building rapport and maintaining good relationships with new and existing clients, whose returning custom and loyalty she values greatly. Claire loves how her team and the salon as a whole continues to progress and excel and she enjoys taking full advantage of the fabulous treatments the salon offers.

SALON DIRECTOR
Harri has been in the hair industry for 18 years. She has been with us ever since we first opened our doors in 2012. Her strong work ethic and on the go hard working mentality earned her our newest Salon Director in 2022! Harri is extremely talented in every hair service treatment available. Her passion is all things hair extensions – whether it’s adding volume, creating length or creating colour. Harri and the team look forward to this new chapter at Belle Toujours. Harri’s favourite treatment is a Bouncy Blow Dry.

James joined us in early 2019. He has been in the hair industry for 23 years! James specialises in creative cuts and also classic cuts and he loves working his magic on all hair types – long and short.
