Cancellation Policy
We know cancellations are frustrating for everyone involved. Here’s why we’ve introduced a new policy and updated our software to handle them more efficiently.
We understand that life is unpredictable—illness, work emergencies, or children needing care can prevent you from making it to your appointment. We’ve all been there. However, cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled time will now incur a 50% service charge.
Why?
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows mean our staff, who still need to be paid, are left without work, and it’s too late to offer your slot to someone on our waiting list. This impacts our business and our ability to serve you.
We hope this doesn’t seem unfair. At Belle, we’re committed to protecting our team and ensuring we can continue providing the beautiful transformations you love.
To help you remember your appointments, we send email reminders when you book and again 48 hours before your scheduled time. If you need to amend or cancel, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us.
